Am Mittwoch, 16. Oktober, gab es in der Schulbibliothek eine Autorenlesung für die Schülerinnen und Schüler der Klassen Sechs. Unsere beiden Sechserklassen trafen die Autorin Minna McMaster zum ersten Mal. Sie waren auf die Vorlesung gut vorbereitet. Frau McMaster, eine Frau mit auffälligen roten Haaren, las aus ihrem Buch „Spitze Zähne“, einer Erzählung über die Vampire rund um uns und eine junge Heldin, die sie besiegen muss. Während und nach der Lesung stellten die Jungen und Mädchen aus der Sechs viele Fragen und Frau McMasters beantwortete sie alle. On Wednesday, 16 Oktober, there was a reading for students of Year Six in the school library. Our two Year Six forms, 6.1 and 6.2 met author Minna McMaster for the first time. They were well prepared for the reading. Mrs McMaster, a woman with striking red hair, read from her book „Spitze Zähne“, a novel about those vampires that are all around us and a young heroine who has to defeat them. During and after the reading the boys and girls of Year Six had lots of questions to ask and Mrs McMaster answered them all. At the end of the reading each student got an autograph from the author.
