Jede Schule muss wissen, wofür sie steht. Alles dieses ist im Leitbild (oder auch Motto) der Schule zusammengefasst. Das Leitbild ist ein kurzer Satz oder eine Phrase, welche von der Schule, ihren Schülern und Eltern ausgewählt wird und das zusammenfasst, was die Schule beinhaltet und welche Ideale sie als Institution leiten. Das wird dann weiter ausgeführt im Schulprogramm, welches sich unmittelbar auf Schulleben und Unterricht niederschlägt. Unsere Schule braucht nun ein neues Leitbild für weitere Entwicklung über das kommende Jahrzent. Aus diesem Grund wurde die Steuergruppe damit betraut, den Kurs für das zukünftige Profil der Schule zu erarbeiten. Und sie luden eine Reihe Schülern, Eltern und Lehrern ein, um ein neues Leitbild zu erarbeiten. Die Gruppe traf sich das erste Mal diesen Montag und legte bereits einen guten Start hin. Am nächsten Montag kommt ein weiteres Treffen, um dem neuen Leitbild näher zu kommen. Wir halten alle darüber auf dem Laufenden.
Every school needs to know what it stands for. All this is summed up in the motto of the school. The motto is a short sentence or phrase which is chosen by the school, its students, their parents and teachers, to encapsulate the beliefs and ideals guiding the institution. This then is detailed in form of a school’s curriculum which translates into life at school and teaching. Our school now needs a new motto to give direction to the further development for the next decade. That’s why the committee entrusted with setting a course for our school’s future profile invited a number of students and parents to find a new motto. The group met on Monday at the staffroom and got a good start. Next Monday they will meet again to get closer to a new motto. We’ll keep you posted on the progress.
