Genau zwei Wochen nach unserem 14. Sponsorenwandertag statt (siehe Sponsorenwandertag 2008) ist die Zählung der Gelder abgeschlossen. Heute konnte uns Herr Berthold Schneider, der Organisator des Sponsorenwandertag die Ergebnisse geben. Insgesamt wurden 5342,48 Euro gesammelt. Das ist deutlich geringer als das Ergebnis des Vorjahres mit 9160 Euros. Am wahrscheinlichsten ist für das geringere Endergebnis die sich ankündigende wirtschaftliche Krise verantworlich, welche die Leute davon abhielt, mehr zu geben. Trotzdem sind 5342,48 Euro eine Menge Geld. Schülerinnen und Schüler von neun Klassen waren unterwegs und sammelten Geld. Am erolgreichsten waren die Schüler der des Jahrgangs Fünf (2204 €), gefolgt von denen des Jahrgangs Sechs (1608 €) und Jahrgang Sieben (1529 €). Die Klasse mit den höchsten Spenden war jedoch keine fünfte Klasse. Es war die Klasse 7.1 mit 886 €, gefolgt von der Klasse 5.3 mit 738 € und der Klasse 5.2 mit 735 und danach der Klasse 5.1 mit 730 €. Wie das Geld genau aufgeteilt werden wird an die Empfänger, ist noch offen. Wir wissen allerdings, dass der Löwenanteil an das Tansania Projekt gehen wird.
Exactly two weeks after our 14. sponsored walk (see Sponsorenwandertag 2008) the counting of the money collected was completed. Today Mr Berthold Schneider the organizer of the sponsored walk could give us the results. All in all 5342,48 Euros were collected. That is way below last year’s result of 9160 Euros. The most likely reason for the reduced end result is the looming economic crysis which kept people from giving more. Nevertheless 5342,48 Euros is a lot of money. Students of nine forms went out to raise money. Most successful were students of Year Five (2204 €), followed by students of Year Six (1608 €) and next Year seven (1529 €). The form with the highest donations wasn’t from Year Five though. It was Form 7.1 with 886 €, followed second by Form 5.3 with 738 € and third Form 5.2 with 735 € and fourth Form 5.1 with 730 €. How exactly all the money will be divided up to the recipients is still open. We know though that the largest share will go to the Tanzania project.
