Heute hatte die KAS eine Reihe von Besuchern, zwei davon Vertreter des afrikanischen Landes der Republik Namibia. Diese zwei, Dr. Peingeondjabi T. Shipoh, Staatssekretär im Ministerium für Jugend, Wehrdienst, Sport und Kultur, und Herr Bernhard M. Kaanjuka, ein Koordinator, waren in Begleitung von Herrn Manfred Deister vom Fußball- und Leichtathletik-Verband Westfalen e.V.. Anwesend war auch der Schulrat des Schulamtes Olpe, Günter Goeckler. Der namibische Staatssekretär und Koordinator sind in Deutschland vor allem wegen Fußball. Es gibt eine Zusammenarbeit von Deutschland und Namibia beim der Schulung von Trainern. Viele der ausgebildeten Trainer sind Lehrer an namibischen Schulen. Der Staatsekretär Dr. Shipoh denkt, dass dieses die Grundlage sein kann für Partnerschaften mit deutschen Schulen. Sein Ministerium hilft, Partnerschaften zu bilden, indem es den ersten Kontakt herstellt. Was sich daraus entwickelt, ist den Schulen überlassen. Alles, was wir nun noch brauchen, ist etwas Geduld bis der Kontakt hergestellt ist und wir unsere Partnerschaft beginnen.
Today KAS had a number of visitors two of them representatives of the African nation the Republic of Namibia. These two, Dr. Peingeondjabi T. Shipoh, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Youth, National Service, Sports and Culture, and Mr Bernhard M. Kaanjuka, a coordinator, were accompanied by Mr Manfred Deister from the Football and Field & Track Association of Westfalia. Also present was Mr. Günter Goeckler, Schulrat of Schulamt Olpe. The Namibian Secretary and Coordinator are in Germany mostly on football business. There is a cooperation of Germany and Namibia to train coaches and to develop football in Namibia. A lot of the coaches who got trained are teachers at Namibian schools. Secretary Dr. Shipoh thinks that this can be a basis for partnerships with German schools. His ministry helps forming partnerships by organizing a first contact. What develops form this is up to the schools themselves. So all we have to have now is some patience until we get into contact and start our partnership.
