Alle Schülerinnen und Schüler haben das Recht auf individuelle Förderung. Das ist Gesetz in unserem Bundesland und der Unterricht verändert sich nun entsprechend. Obwohl Lehrerinnen und Lehrer schon immer darum bemüht waren, jedem Schüler dabei zu helfen, das Optimum zu erreichen, ist die individuelle Förderung nun offiziell der Kern allen Unterrichts. Um Lehrerinnen und Lehrern der Hauptschulen dabei zu helfen, ihren Unterricht besser auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse ihrer Schüler abzustimmen, wird es am Donnerstag, 29. September, im Schulzentrum Meggen einen Fortbildungstag geben. Mehr als 300 Lehrer aller Hauptschulen aus dem Schulamt Olpe werden dort zusammenkommen. Zunächst gibt es Input durch einen Vortrag bevor dann jeder Lehrer an zwei Workshops teilnehmen wird. Die Fachtagung beginnt um 8:30 und endet nachmittags um 14:00 Uhr. Für Schüler wird dieses einen Studientag bedeuten.
All students have the right to be tutored to meet their individual needs. This is law in our state and teaching has begun changing in accordance. Although teachers have always sought ways to help each student achieve the most that they can individually tailored teaching is now officially core to all teaching at school. To help teachers of Hauptschule learn more about ways to tailor their teaching to the individual needs of their students there will be day of further education on Thursday 29 September at the Meggen school center. More than 300 teachers of all Hauptschulen of the district of Olpe will convene. At first they’ll get some input in a lecture before each teacher then go into two workshops. The symposium will begin at 8:30 and end in the afternoon at 4:00. For students this means a day of home study.
