Beratung und Fortbildung für Schulen und Lehrer mit Bezug auf Didaktik, neue Medien und Schulentwicklung war eine Domäne der so genannten Moderatoren und des e-teams. Nach dem PISA Schock und einem Regierungswechsel in NRW wurden alle diese Institutionen aufgelöst. Jetzt sind sie wieder auferstanden unter dem Namen Kompetenzteams NRW. Eine beträchtliche Menge an Ressourcen und Personal wurden in diese neue Institution investiert, welche die grundlegenden Strukturen der ehemaligen e-teams erbt. Beachtenswert ist die enorme Größe des neuen Gremiums. Mehr als 30 Leute waren bei dem Eröffnungstreffen in der Bibliothek der KAS anwesend. Es gibt eine sechsköpfiges Führungsgremium (Co-Leitung), welches das Büro im Kreishaus wochentags von 9 bis 12:30 Uhr besetzen wird. Sie stellten den anwesenden Mitgliedern des Kompetenzteams, die Aufgaben vor, welche sie erwarten werden. In der nächsten Zukunft wird es ein erneutes Treffen des Kompetenzteams geben, um die Mitglieder in die Plattform einzuweisen, welche sie zur Kommunikation und Koordination ihrer Arbeit nutzen werden. Counselling and further training for schools and teachers with regard to didactics, new media and school development once was the domain the so called „Moderatoren“ teacher trainers and the e-team. After the PISA shock and a change of government in the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia all these institutions were disbanded. Now they have been reborn and rebranded under the name of Kompetenzteams NRW (competence teams NRW). A considerable amount of resources and manpower have been given to this new institution which inherits the basic structures of the former e-teams (and some of its members too). Noteworthy is the sheer size of this new body. More than 30 people were present at the inaugural meeting at the library of KAS. There is a panel of six leading member of the competence team who staff the office at Kreishaus Olpe on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.. They introduced the attending members of the competence team to the the new tasks that will await them. In the near future the competence team will meet again to introduce its staff to the online platform they will use to communicate and coordinate their efforts.
